石墨電極憑借(jie)優異的導電性、耐高溫性和化學穩定性,成為冶金、化工等行業電解過(guo)程的核心材料(liao),助力高效(xiao)生產(chan)與技術(shu)創新。

石墨電極的用途和性能
(1)用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧煉鋼爐(lu)(lu):電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)煉鋼是石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)使用大(da)戶。我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)鋼產量約占粗鋼產量的(de)(de)18%左右,煉鋼用石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極占石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極總用量的(de)(de)70%~80%。電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)煉鋼是利用石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極向爐(lu)(lu)內導入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)極端(duan)部和爐(lu)(lu)料之間(jian)引(yin)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧所(suo)產生的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)熱(re)源來進(jin)行冶煉。
(2)用(yong)(yong)于礦熱(re)電(dian)(dian)爐(lu):礦熱(re)電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)業硅和黃(huang)磷等,其(qi)特點是(shi)導電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的下部埋在爐(lu)料中,在料層內形成電(dian)(dian)弧,并利(li)用(yong)(yong)爐(lu)料自身(shen)的電(dian)(dian)阻所發出的熱(re)能來加熱(re)爐(lu)料,其(qi)中要(yao)求電(dian)(dian)流(liu)密度較高(gao)的礦熱(re)電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)需(xu)用(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),例(li)如每(mei)生(sheng)產(chan)1t硅需(xu)消耗石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)約100kg,每(mei)生(sheng)產(chan)1t黃(huang)磷需(xu)消耗石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)約40kg。
