北京石墨電極的用途和性能
(1)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)爐:電(dian)(dian)爐煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)是(shi)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)大戶。我國電(dian)(dian)爐鋼(gang)(gang)產(chan)(chan)量約占(zhan)粗鋼(gang)(gang)產(chan)(chan)量的(de)(de)18%左右,煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極占(zhan)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極總(zong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量的(de)(de)70%~80%。電(dian)(dian)爐煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)是(shi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極向(xiang)爐內導入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)極端部和爐料之間(jian)引發電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)所產(chan)(chan)生的(de)(de)高溫熱源(yuan)來(lai)進(jin)行冶(ye)煉(lian)。
(2)用(yong)于(yu)礦熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu):礦熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)主要用(yong)于(yu)生產(chan)工業(ye)硅(gui)和(he)黃(huang)磷等,其特點是導電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的下部埋(mai)在爐(lu)(lu)料(liao)中(zhong),在料(liao)層(ceng)內形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧,并(bing)利用(yong)爐(lu)(lu)料(liao)自身的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻所發出的熱能來加熱爐(lu)(lu)料(liao),其中(zhong)要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)流密度較高的礦熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)需(xu)用(yong)石墨(mo)(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji),例如每生產(chan)1t硅(gui)需(xu)消耗石墨(mo)(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)約100kg,每生產(chan)1t黃(huang)磷需(xu)消耗石墨(mo)(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)約40kg。
