房山石墨電極的用途和性能
(1)用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)是(shi)(shi)石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的使用大戶。我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)產(chan)(chan)量約占粗鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)產(chan)(chan)量的18%左右,煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)用石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)占石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)總(zong)用量的70%~80%。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)是(shi)(shi)利用石墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)向爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內導入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)端部和(he)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)料之(zhi)間引發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧所(suo)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的高溫熱源來進行冶(ye)煉(lian)。
(2)用(yong)(yong)于礦(kuang)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu):礦(kuang)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于生(sheng)產(chan)工業(ye)硅和黃磷(lin)等,其特點是導電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)的(de)下部埋在爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料中(zhong),在料層(ceng)內形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)弧,并利用(yong)(yong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料自身的(de)電(dian)阻所(suo)發出的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)能來加熱(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料,其中(zhong)要(yao)求電(dian)流密度較(jiao)高的(de)礦(kuang)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)需用(yong)(yong)石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)極(ji),例如每生(sheng)產(chan)1t硅需消耗石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)極(ji)約(yue)100kg,每生(sheng)產(chan)1t黃磷(lin)需消耗石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)極(ji)約(yue)40kg。
